Kelly Green is a writer living in Madison, Wisconsin. She has had more jobs than she is old in years. She once tried to convince Vogue Italia to hire her while she was living in Italy illegally and didn’t speak Italian. She is currently seeking representation for a memoir of essays about the 3-way intersection between food, class, and identity. Her writing has appeared in Today.com, Shondaland, Eater, Racked, Buzzfeed and more.

She was longlisted for nonfiction for the 2022 Disquiet Literary Contest, and was selected by Cheryl Strayed for the 2017 Bobbi Lambrecht Fellowship.
